I weighed and took all my measurements so in 10 I will have final results to report.
Had a smoothie for breakfast (had a late breakfast so wasn't hungry at lunch time) apple & peanut butter for lunch and grilled chicken salad for dinner. Drank plenty of water got a bit of exercise in but was hurting today so didn't move a lot. Most of my hurting came from bad food choices over the week end when I eat right inflammation isn't so bad so I don't hurt as bad.
Now to plan for tomorrow.
