May Review/June Goals

Our blog assignment for week 1 of the BSG challenge for June is to review our May goals and set our June goals.

My May goals were:

1. Avoid sweets, at least 6 days each week. emoticon for the most part
2. Eat 6 or more freggies daily. emoticon for the most part
3. Continue drinking 8 or more cups of water daily and have lemon water at least once daily - Drinking lemon water did not happen. I actually ended up limiting my water consumption to 9 cups daily so emoticon .
4. Focus on NSV more than what the scale says. emoticon
5. Be consistent with exercise: emoticon

My June goals are:

1. Limit sweets at least 6 days every week
2. Eat 6 or more freggies daily
3. Continue drinking 9 cups of water daily
4. Focus on healthy habits not on the scale
5. Be consistent with exercise and being more active during the day

My exercise will be:

Mindful Movement Monday and Thursday;
Somatics Monday
Yoga Tuesday and Thursday;
Ballet on Tuesday;
PT stretches daily;
PT strength at least twice a week;
Upper Body Strength three times a week; and
Walk with Marv daily Monday through Friday
