Day 12/42 Distractions

Good evening Sparkfriends, I could not blog yesterday because it was a busy day for me and I was tired too.

I was supposed to have my yoga workout yesterday but I did a hill walk and my legs were shouting for help!!! Lol.

Today is day 12 of my CIZEITUP dance challenge. I also learned a lesson today and that is if you want to dance well then you need to avoid distractions by all means. I mean, whenever my thoughts wandered I start to miss my steps and everything becomes haphazard. Anyways I learned to focus so that I can get it right.

What had been your greatest distractions on this healthy lifestyle journey?

I had a NSV today and that is the fact I did not have a second helping after dinner. In the Beck Diet Solution book, I got to the page where I have to learn to deal with cravings and hunger, I know the signs and I know what to say to myself to avoid these vices. Tonight the tool I used was distraction, meaning distraction is not bad after all.
