AMPK Tea, High Blood Pressure Protocol and Container Garden Pictures

Finally here are some pictures of what I'm getting into.
AMPK is a cellular enzyme that tells the body to burn belly fat. We all have it, but it declines with age. Two natural botanicals have been shown to boost AMPK. They are Gynostemma pentaphyllum (a Chinese herb aka Jiaogulan) and Hesperidin (from citrus peels)
AMPK Tea: (Clockwise from top) Orange peels, Lemon peels, White tea, Chrysanthemum, and Jiaogulan.
High Blood Pressure Protocol: In the bad old days of 2014, we were told to take 5 grams of Arginine per day, preferably twice a day to get the benefits. Since then we've learned that you only need to take 1 gram of Arginine if you combine it with Aspartic acid and get the same results. So it's 1 gram of Arginine and 1 gram of Aspartic acid per day for the body to generate Nitric Oxide to relax the endothelial. I included Amla powder, a superfood, for a good measure.
Just transplanted Elderberries. Hope they will survive.
Tabasco and Habanero peppers
PS. Tonight my little container garden attracted crickets. They have been chirping non-stop. This is the first.
