I found a new pain area today while doing this pendulum exercise. When I rolled to the left side I felt pain. Strange when I rolled to the other side I felt the pull but not pain. Anyone know if this is normal? I am just getting back to doing some strength videos and I know I should feel pull on the muscles but not so sure about the difference here.
Not ready to give it up at this point.
