Day Six: Exercise to the Rescue

This has been one of "those" days - the kind where you feel "funny" and you don't know why. I felt tired and depressed when I woke up and didn't want to do a thing. After sitting around until noon, I suddenly said, "I'm cutting the grass." I knew that if I just got up and did some exercise, I would feel better. Of course, it worked. I'm still kind of feeling "blah" but the fact that I did the lawn makes me want to stay the course and continue to make good choices today. So I am. Next stop: practicing music! Singing always brings me up. Hope everyone is having a great day!
