trying something new

so.. wondering if my body is where it needs to be.. or if I am in a stall
..been bouncing around the same 3 pounds for months.....so... new plan


eating window
2 meals
no snacks
WATER
tea
no diet soda
no artificial sweeteners
8 hours of sleep
low stress

let see if that scale will move..
I have lost 45 pounds in 14 months BUT I would really like to hit the 50 pound weigh loss...
lets see if my body will give it up!

    couple things..how are your calories? if you eat too few you will stall eventually no matter who you are. it took me upping my cals and not starving my body to start losing again.
    second..and i tried but just couldnt do this..was dairy. many experts say if you stall try no dairy. if i cant have cheese..i'll quit keto..thats just me..i dont much like most keto food, so i need something thats pleasant to me..and cheese is it. so i lose slower due to it. but you might want to give it a try if your cals are up where they should be and you still are stalled...
