so.. wondering if my body is where it needs to be.. or if I am in a stall
..been bouncing around the same 3 pounds for months.....so... new plan
no diet soda
no artificial sweeteners
8 hours of sleep
let see if that scale will move..
I have lost 45 pounds in 14 months BUT I would really like to hit the 50 pound weigh loss...
lets see if my body will give it up!
