Hello Sparkfriends and my lovely friends that have been reading and commenting. I look forward to more as a review and motivation.
I think I woke a little tired today and despite I have monitored most of the moves, I was really slow at it. I did 43 minutes and broke a sweat.
Bonus exercise was supposed to be abs burner with Tony Horton but one of my cables is broken and so I couldn't copy to the computer from the drive. But mind you that never deterred me from doing abs workout, I played 2 videos of Keira LaShae, trust I was burning in my tummy after 30 minutes
I had a nap in the evening and I wish I won't be affected tonight.
Had 5 servings of freggies today and I am proud of me.
