Day 9/42 DOMS

Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness, it's the pain or stiffness you feel in your muscles, hours after a strenuous exercise.
Well, I am not feeling this despite two days of abs workout. To me, it means I did not work enough. I have scheduled a video with Tony Horton tomorrow.
Today was sweaty as I nailed day 9 of CIZE it up. I got most of the moves today and so, my step counts was more on the tracker than yesterday. I am not doing any strength training today in preparation for my abs workout.
I had tracked my food down in a journal for two weeks now, but last night I resumed putting it down in myfitnessPal. My exercise tracked on sparkpeople.
