5.31.2018.... weigh in day

Today even though the scale is up .4 today I am still happy. I am sure in the next couple of days that will come off. The last 3 days I have stuck to a workout routine and keeping up with my 30 minutes a day. I am super proud of myself because I was really slacking with working out. It was mainly house cleaning and that was it.
This month I lost about 4 lbs and that is good enough for me because I am not gaining like I was before.
I have alot more energy then in the past and that is good as well because it gets me through the day and I can get alot more done!🖒
My goals for the month of June:
*Workout 30 minutes a day
*lose 3 pounds (193.4)
*stay away from my food triggers
I am feeling positive and I am sure I can make this all happen😌
