Day Two: A Milestone!

Movie popcorn is one of my FAVORITE binge foods.... melty oily butter, seasonings, crunching to my heart's content...and GUESS WHAT?

I WENT TO THE MOVIES AND DIDN'T EAT POPCORN! I'm home now having carrots and hummus for a healthy snack. And the rest of my day was right on point as well. Went out to lunch with co-workers and had shrimp lettuce wraps - which were quite delicious!

And I was down a pound - surely fluid but I'll take it.

    Congratulations! I sweated off a pound yesterday and for a previously active person who has put on 30 pounds since the accident I too am going to take it. I expect my knees to be thanking me for all my hard work. Keep going, my friend. Hugs.
