Day 8/42 Goal Met

I started with the second week of Cize It Up today and we got new moves from YOU GOT THIS. Was it challenging? Yes, firstly it was 43 minutes instead of the 30 minutes I had with CRAZY 8s throughout last week meaning I naturally got tired in 30 minutes but I pulled through. It was fun as I kept scattering my feet in a bid to meet the moves, lol but I know that in 3 days I should become a lead dancer.
I did some 25 minutes abs today again and I had a long rest in bed. The day had been adventurous for me as I had reasons to log in more steps after the exercise and voila, I met my steps goal of 10500 after a very long while. I am quite pleased with myself tonight.
