Yesterday I had the second emergency follow-up eye exam by my surgeon. He said there is nothing I can do about the natural course of nature with the flashing lights and big floaters in my eye. If it gets any worse I am to call the office for the 24 hour hotline.
I then stopped at the marble orchard to sign some papers for my deed, and look over prices of some things.
I then went to get a bone density test.
I mowed the lawn and DD got the hedge trimmers out. I did some hauling of small tree suckers and wild rhubarb to the fence. I had an asthma attack and went indoors.
After taking some medicine, drinking some iced tea, and showering, I felt better. We then did a couple loads of laundry. DD did most of that, so I just stayed upstairs.
I fell in bed last night and do not even remember lying down! I only slept five hours though..

Today was filling the gas tank with $1.15/gal discount at Kroger. The gas is up to $3.08 there, so I was glad for the discount. By that time, the library was opened for the day, so we scooted in and out of there. I turned the A/C on when we returned home. That is it for me for the day.

DH gets floaters also. He says they are SO annoying. I hope that you have periods of time when they let up...DH does.get those days of relief. I must say...it is the pits getting older isn't it? I'm glad you are now retired and have more leisure time to take care of yourself and DD.

You got a lot done today so that's a very good day. emoticon

Well, you have y prayers that at least the eye stays stable. I have floaters, too, and it's difficult sometimes to deal with.

    Glad you got things accomplished.

That was a very busy day. I will keep you in prayer about your eye. I'm sure you already do this, but keep your blood glucose under control because diabetes affects the blood vessels in the eyes which can cause the floaters, things that look like strings floating in your vision.

I haven't saw that "fly" in my eye for some time. Don't know where it went but hopefully he has flew the coop.
