I think a little investigating and a kind cardiologist has
found the root of my problems lately. You know something
is not quite right. You are not sure how you know but you
do know.
Losing sleep, having hot flashes when you have never
had them before, minor anxiety attacks, loss of appetite
and almost moments of manic behavior. A sense that
something was off in my life. Tears ready at a moment's
I had an appointment with my cardiologist this morning
and found I have a mitral valve defect. It was minor 8 years
ago but now it is "moderate to severe" with no warning.

age 65 and let Medicare pay for it. You do it NOW, the sooner

What a kick in the teeth, or in the head. Total and utter shock
that I had no idea, no physical aches or pains or symptoms
to give it away.
I thank you for your concern, kind words and comments. I am
still trying to process this all. Keep me in your prayers. My life is
about to change in ways that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
No timetable in place just yet. I will keep you posted. I just will
take more time away from SP. HUGS!
