Day 7/42 Cize

Yaaaaaay, I just did a week dancing to Shaun T's Cize Dance Workout. I am a dancer now, lol. I realized I mastered all the move although I could be lifting a right foot when the video picks left, but it matters less. I feel really energized too.
Without much rest I did 30 minutes treat to my abs too. I normally use darebee.com for my strength and resistance training workouts and it had been working for me.
I added 90 bicycle crunches to make up my 30 minutes bonus workouts.
I am starting another week of CIZE tomorrow, and I am excited about the new moves that is coming on.
