How did the 5% Challenges help you develop a healthier lifestyle?

Sparks is a great site to be on because it means you have decided to take control on your health. We all know what we need to do but you have to the right mindset to put things in to motion. Here at sparks there are so many resources available to us that all we need to do is take the time and use them.

The 5% challenges helped me develop a healthier lifestyle because they make you be accountable and in my case I don't want to let my team members down. It has not been an easy journey because like so many of us have said life gets in the way. What worked for me was the consistency and never giving up.

I have had quite a few pity parties as I saw my weight go back up after almost reaching y goal. I knew what I was not doing so I allowed myself the pity party and then got up and dusted myself and started all over again. Consistency is the key!!!! Take one day at time and don't give up on yourself.
