Day 6/42 Crampy

I resumed the dance workout challenge today and it felt good after. I still have a 30 minutes strength training. I think I will be eating my breakfast when I am done.
It's a crampy day for me right now but the exercise seems to be doing some magic. It's not so bad
It is a bright Monday and I have some laid down tasks as reading my book on diet and feeling good about myself. If I don't take care of myself who will?
