A New Season, a New Start, and Plenty of "Do-Overs"

I realized that one of my favorite reasons to participate in the 5% Weight Loss Challenges is a fresh new start every season. If you're someone who enjoyed a new box of crayons or a fresh clean notebook at back-to-school time as a kid, you might love the fresh, clean slate of the 2018 Summer 5% Weight Loss Challenge.
I'll be starting my 5th challenge and it's a chance for "Do-Overs," no matter how successful I may have been in the previous challenge. (Can you tell I had a career in elementary education?) In case you don't recognize the phrase, a "Do-Over" is what a kid calls when they mess up a kick in recess, kid-rules, unofficial kickball. If you're playing with friends, they let you kick again, until you get it right without penalty.
That's what a Spark Team is like. It's okay to mess up, and start over, your teammates will commiserate, and encourage you to try again. And best of all, no one is standing on the sidelines, unpicked. So sign up, show us your new sneakers, and let's play!
