We got a horrible thunderstorm last evening. South of us got 50 mph winds and house/car damaging hail. I prayed for the homeless people who have no shelter.

The high humidity are killers for us;thank God for my A/C.
DD is anxious to grill again, so she took a couple steaks out of the freezer last night. I am going to make taco boats tomorrow.

That is some storm! We are now in our dry period - we will get very little rain between now and October. That is both a blessing and a curse. I wish we could have rainfall in the summer to help avoid fire season, but I don't exactly want storms like the one by you! Big hugs.

That was some storm. Fortunately all we got was heavy rain where I live . I was just coming home and got totally drenched going from the car to the house. I was so wet my clothes were dripping so I went in the bathroom and took my clothes off and hung them over the shower rod -- I even had to wrap a towel around my hair.

My prayers for those affected by the storm, too. It's just devastating!
