about the 5% Summer Challenge

You might have heard about the 5% Challenges. I've been doing them nearly every season since 2012. They are fun challenges to encourage you to get up and move and to lose a few pounds (5% of your starting weight). Teams compete to be first to arrive at destinations ... so far we've been to Madagascar, The Grand Canyon, Fiji, and more!
Members use their workout minutes as "miles" to travel to those various destinations. There's also Living the Good Life challenges along the way, like drinking water or getting some sunshine or decluttering... healthy lifestyle habits that help you live the good life. :) And one of the best things is that along the way you make some new friends!
