Got through another first day yesterday, if you know what I mean!
I worked into the wee hours preparing schedules for the audit, researching variances, and resolving them. Usually a night like that has me eating while everyone is sleeping, silently packing on the weight, so I am especially proud of me that I kept to coffee and water.
Surprisingly, my body feels much better already, but maybe its just my imagination. Anyway, when I eat healthy and exercise, I feel uplifted, peaceful. Weird.....
Today the family is gathering at my son's house for some family time and a cookout. As things are at the moment, I'm staying behind to work. I so rarely miss an opportunity to be with the family, but I want to stay focused on the audit over this long weekend, as planned. It will also be easier to eat healthy.
Proud to have kicked the evening and past midnight snacking for 1 day.
Grateful for some progress with health and fitness.

Nap, yes, definitely. Three hours sleep is insufficient.

Lace up for a walk.
Continue preparing for the audit. I will be done with the schedules today, barring nothing unexpected. Hip hip hooray!
