5% Challenges - Summer Challenge

The 5% challenge has been a great help to me. While I am still struggling with losing weight, I have made some progress in healthy habits. I have no problem getting in 8 or more glasses of water daily.
During the spring challenge I have incorporated getting in 5+ freggies on a fairly regular basis as well as limiting sweets. The 5% challenge provides great accountability and support and I have made many new friends
I have been fairly consistently getting in a variety of exercise including yoga, low impact fitness, walking and pt stretching and strength. During the Summer 5% challenge I will be increasing my strength training in the hope of gaining muscle mass and toning.
