Gardening and yard work are good therapy, but . . .

Sunday, May 27, 2018

I am having a ball putting in new garden beds and planting my vegetable garden and all that jazz. I must admit, though, that it has detracted from my posting to Spark. I have really been putting in a lot of hours digging and weeding and planting and getting grass back where I wiped out a section last summer in an attempt to kill weeds that were taking over. That takes a good bit of raking up dirt. I keep falling asleep watching the evening news to catch the weather and when I wake up and move myself to my bed, it is not a time to get on my computer and post here.

I signed up for the summer 5% challenge to keep me honest and on track. I recommend that challenge to all - great people involved and good motivation.

Great exercise especially when you have so much gardening to do. I remember when I would work in my yard all day in the spring. There was no problem sleeping at night!
    We are here for you.....
