Chapter 28, Day 40

Taking a few minutes away from audit preparation to blog and enjoy a cup of coffee. emoticon

So how's the Spring Challenge going for me? Disappointing. I've regained weight. Again. Dagnabit. I'm brushing myself off again, bucking up, and fighting stress eating today. So far, so good. And I made myself get out for an hour walk today. My body is singing from the delight of my moving health and wellness back to front and center where it belongs.

So that will be a yes on my continuing with the Inbetween Challenge. There really is no defense for any other answer.

I am signed up for the Summer Challenge.

I stopped at the grocery store to load up on some freggies. I planned out and tracked my meals.

I am moving myself in the right direction, one small step at a time.

I still have to figure out how to do this for the long haul, the thing we call, living a lifestyle change. I understand the basics; I need to master the implementation phase. I doubt I am alone in this.

I'm more than half way through a super successful day!
Weather is awesome!
It is the weekend.....not a peep out of the clients
Enjoyed some sashimi today....it is so nice that something so enjoyable is healthy
My clematis plant is prolific this year. The flowers that DH planted look so pretty. Everything is so green and healthy looking!

Get through the Plan over the rest of the day.
Make progress on audit prep.
