Good evening from here Sparkfriends. Today was tough because of soreness but I had to push. I really needed to earn my meals for the day, lol. Don't mind me exercise had just become so much fun but not negotiable.

I need the WILL on a daily basis and I can boast that I will surely get there. Today as I promised myself, I added swag to the dance steps but my glutes nearly got me, it was so sore, I had to ignore it all especially at the start and after a few minutes I was unstoppable.

For additional workout I worked for another 30 minutes on my upper body using dumbbells. I know the soreness will set in tomorrow but I am resting. To resume on Monday. However, I am only resting from Cize and strength training, I will stretch my muscles with some yoga videos.
