BLOG 93 ... Cut white carbs

I learned unless a bread say 100% whole what it is usually still while bread with caramel color added! I cant tell you how many loaves of bread I age until I learned this! White carbs are full of calories making it more difficult to lose weight! During the past couple of years I learned to eat my meals with very little bread at all! Simple carbs tend to raise and cause the blood sugar to rise and fall rapidly! I had a good deal of trouble getting my blood sugar to stabilize. Hunger and binging was often the outcome! I have lost my last 10# by reducing white sugars alone! I still have more to go but you can be sure white bread, potato, rice, and pasta are on my limited list!

    You are right. I have ousted all of those from y diet as well. It really helped/helps.

    I have substantially reduced the amount of bread I consume. I've reduced the others too, but am not aiming to eliminate, merely reduce.
