2018 - My year to BE ... (Review)

It has been since March that I have blogged and I can't believe I got away from it. It was helping me to set goals and work towards them.
Let's do a review of what's been happening ...
I'm slowly making my way back after the foot injury. I am noticing less and less pain after my walks - finally!
I have 2 upcoming 5k's in mind and want to get registered for those. Then I KNOW that will force me to get out more and train.

Making my way towards my 1000 (intentional) miles this year. I am falling behind but hope I can do some catch-up over the summer and come back to school in the fall on track to finish the miles by year-end 12.31!
Weight loss has continued to be a yo-yo adventure. I was doing well with tracking and loosing right before spring break. Then Spring break hit and well, I quit tracking and then life happens and workouts don't happen. So I ended up getting on this yo-yo ride again. I decided enough is enough and I am back to tracking again. Not sure how many days I've got in but I'm back at it and working on getting fitness time in too!
Trying to be the best I can be. I looked at my 2018 bucket list the other day and thought I need to start working at some of those things. And that is just what I am doing ... life can't always be about eating & fitness ... You need to live and have fun too!
Journaling ... I'm going to be working on some June goals and will be back to posting. It helps me to stay accountable when I share to the world my goals. Now what do I want to do ...
