I won’t weigh in for 2 weeks

I’ve been on and off the weight loss train enough to know some things about how I lose weight. For me, the first two - three weeks I often see a GAIN. My muscles get huge naturally when I work out, and I have a theory the first two weeks of working out hard when I’m trying to lose weight causes my muscles to “explode” and offset the 1-2 lbs I may lose. It’s extremely demotivating when this happens, so this time, I’m simply not going to weigh for 2 and maybe up to 4 weeks. I’m tracking every day, working out, and eating better. If in a month I’ve lost no weight, then I’ll reevaluate.
