Today is the 4th day dancing to Shaun T's dance workout video. I was able to master and be coherent with most of the moves.
I am so proud of myself. Tomorrow I look forward to adding some swag to the moves. All about dancing.
I decided to add strength and resistance training to my daily plans since Cize is more cardio in nature. I used some workouts from darebee.com to tone my lower body I hope the soreness will be manageable for me tomorrow.
