3 days ago I started a series of workout videos by Shaun T called CIZE. It's so much fun because it's a dance and the moves are quite challenging but doable. I hope to write more about it in the coming days.
I am also progressing on the book I am reading and it has been having so many effects on my daily life. One of the task to be done is to start eating slowly and mindfully, lol. It opened my eyes to how hasty I had always eaten when I had no cause to. Anyways for effectiveness, I now sit with a timer and each spoon of food must use at least 30 seconds before the next spoon. It's so funny to me.
Finally my daily steps goal is 10500 per day (whatever informed the extra 500 steps). I have decided to be meeting it now and I am open to tricks to getting it done.
