One month coffee free!

So I would get coffee (sometimes iced ones with whipped cream) about 4 times a week. Medium sized sugary drinks packed with calories. I always had a late day crash and felt jittery at bedtime but on the days I didn't have it I'd get serious headaches and feel really bad. I hated that I felt so dependent on the caffeine that I decided enough was enough. Coffee for me should be a small once in a while treat, not a staple of my diet. Withdrawal sucked and lasted a few days but I stuck it out! I just tallied up the calories I didn't consume by not getting it over the last month and it came out to 6480. Like.. that is almost 2 pounds worth! Crazy I was drinking so many calories. I normally don't even drink tea or soda- just water! I'm so happy I decided to do away with the coffee, I feel so much better. emoticon
