Meeting with my health coach... 5.22.18

Today has been a good day. I have a migraine for the last two days,but I took some magnesium today and it seems to have calmed down which is great.
I talked to my health coach today about what my lab tests said and all I have to do in order to get better and how to stice with the plan. She gave me some ideas for for substitutes on things that I can have instead of cheese. She also says over time most of my systems will staDr to dissipate and get better. So this gives me hope that someday I will get back to were I need to be for better health.
I am glad that I was able to catch early that I have a vitamin deficiency because my intestines are not absorbing less then half of what I am eatting.
The worst part for me is going to be the best because of the chronic dehydration because I am pretty sure that is what got me last time.
I just know that I have to put in the effort to see the true outcome🖒❤
