This is Two Pieces of Pie

I’m not at all sad I had two small pieces of pie. I crushed my workout and stayed within my macros. What is crazy to me is how wild my eating was before that I can indulge in two pieces of pie and still stay within my goals! I had some really bad eating habits...fortunately, I also have good ones, too, like balance! Here’s to having your pie (chart) and eating it, too. I cant seem to add a photo of my nutrition report pie chart here, so you’ll have to trust me—I stayed within range! Hehehe ☺️😻☺️
