Fifteenth Weekend Fasting Cycle and Home Project Part 2

So for this weekend I finished off staining another 100 feet of the fences. It wasn't as much work as I learned what to do from last week. This week I started checking my Ketone earlier and more often. I started working on the fences around 7:30 AM Sat and didn't finish until 10:30 AM, 4 hours later.
Sat 2:00 PM - Traces of Ketone at 0.5 on the scale,
4:00 PM - Traces
10:00 PM Small amount at 1.5 on the scale
Sun 8:00 AM Small amount 1.5
2:00 PM Moderate amount at 4.0 on the scale
5:00 PM - I mowed the lawn for 1/2 hour
6:00 PM Ketone went up to large at 8.0 on the scale
Mon 7:00 AM Small amount at 1.5
7:30 AM Breakfast!
So it seems that Ketone went up after mowing the lawn. So physical activity is important if you want to get into deep ketosis sooner rather than later.
The 15th fasting cycle also marks my 30 cumulative days of fasting. I'm pleased with the milestone and I'm looking forward to another important number in 5 weeks. The 20th cycle will bring 40 days of fasting (cumulatively), but that's the biblical number of fasting days.
