I got 5 out of 7 days of workouts in. It wasn't always everything I had planned, but I got something in on those days. It was my first week back to Krav Maga since my surgery in December. It felt pretty good. I love being back on the mat.
I did good during the week on my eating and tracking. The weekend I still am struggling with. I ended up getting my monthly friend as well over the weekend and I typically will feel lazy and sluggish during that time. This is part of the time when I overeat as well.
I gained 2.6 pounds this week.
