I haven't done a real blog on a looonnngggg time! And it has probably been even longer since I was consistent in the gym...sad!!
I missed a "couple" of workouts and that turned into mo the of doing NOTHING...I have to get back on track so back to the basics I go:
At least 30 mins of cardio 3 times a week...
To start...if I can get three workouts a week under my belt then I can build on that...but I have to GET STARTED...so tomorrow it is...
