Blog 91... Be Realistic

As a teenager I was in a big hurry to lose weight! I wanted it yesterday! I was trying to lose 30# in a month! I did lose close to that but didn't feel that well and I didn't keep it off forever! My metabolism slowed down and it was harder to lose than ever! When I did cave in I binge eat and put 3 back on! I had a lot of learning to do! I became a yo-yo dieter! Today I want to lose weight slow but steady and I want it off permanently! I do feel I have the time to play around with this due to my health issues! A personal goal for me is 1/2 to 1 pound a week! Changing up just a couple of things for me should give me this results! not starting tomorrow; starting right now!
