End of week 2, feeling good.

Well, I've lost 4lbs since starting back on the program. almost an inch in the thigh, over an inch in the upper arm, an inch and a half in the waist. Feeling really good. I've surprised myself with the amount of exercise I'm able to get in, without killing or discouraging myself. The hardest part has been breaking automation. Went to McDonald's with mom and daughter to buy hot chocolate. I' ordered myself a frappe and started drinking it. Only when I went to log it did it hit me, Oh My gosh! This is NOT on the menu! Proud of me to have thrown the rest (more than half out).
Subconsciously concerned whether or not I will continue to hang in there.
Oh, food prep on Sunday, is TORTURE!!! Need a new plan there. Way too much time taken up and didn't eat more than half of what was prepared.
We'll see what next week brings.
