100 Goals Day 11, May 18, 2018

Today is a new day and a good day to set a goal that is good for my health. Today's goal is one I have a big problem with and one I hope I can have success with even if it is just for one day.
Today's goal is to not have sugary treats. No cookies, candy, ice cream or any thing else. I am going to be sugar free today.
I am a sugar nut so this goal will be a hard one for me but I know I can do anything I set my mind to doing so I can do this. I have some nice fresh fruit I can eat if I want something sweet.
The last few days i have been eating a ton of sweets and the scale shows it with a gain of a few pounds. Maybe this is water weight gain but it is still a gain. I am the one in charge of buying what I eat and so can not blame anyone for all the sweets that have been coming in to this house. I am the the one who brought them all in our home. I have to nip this problem in the bud and will join the sweet tooth challenge here on Spark People.
I have a plan in place so I had better get to it and start this journey.
