Day 3 of trying to better myself and lose weight ...its difficult..I do fine when Im working and then at night when I sat down to relax the cravings start ooh I want chips or cookies but no I cant I have to do this not only for me but for my family ...I appreciate all of the help and support all of you Sparkle people are giving me I dong feel alone

    Gee sounds like time to do homework, check out what the cravings are about. I hate them! They slip into your brain and make themselves at home. I hear a list of things I could eat even though my stomach is full, so what to do with those thoughts? I have found a cup of coffee distracts me just long enough to regroup. I hear some get a long drink of water, go for a walk, and one of the best is go brush your teeth. Distraction! If you find THE answer please share with me. Keep sparking.
