Yesterday was basically down and out with fever and stomach in high gear, what a ride this bug is. Bonus is I'm getting through a bunch of shows that have been sitting on my Netflix list for quite some time.
Between dropping the carb bloat and the stomach business, am down 8 lbs this week. NOT a recommended weight loss method and fully expect a bounce up once I start eating again. Still paying for trying to eat dinner last night, plan to stick to liquids today. Thankful to have had some home bone broth in the freezer, possibly a pea protein shake later today.
