I haven't kept up with my fitness or my low carbness - but I've stayed semi there.

Tonight was the first night back on full low carb and I even went to the gym and worked out for 30 minutes! Doing my crunches at the gym on the machine and squats at home (split between when I wake up and right before bed).

I only ate one meal today because I'm having to get back on a normalish sleep schedule to go to work Friday night.

Today's fitness:
20-30 reps on 10 different machines with 40-80lbs
20 crunches with 40lbs
30 squats

Today's food:
2 hamburger patties with cheese, banana pepper rings, a side of spring mix, 1 green onion and a carbmaster strawberry smoothie.

I had previously stated in my dayZero blog that I wouldn't weigh myself until I finish the 30 day challenge... well, I plan on sticking to that. Sooooo since today, May 17, is Day 1 of the challenge, I will weigh myself on June 16!

Anybody have any recipes that are keto friendly? I love trying new things! emoticon
