Wow, lots of ups and downs lately. I don't feel well, a reaction to medication that I should have never taken to begin with. Give reverence to your doctor, but it's your body and always triple check what you take!

School has started. Super busy, super stressed, on top of high blood pressure. ugh

Going to do a progressive muscle relaxation--may I recommend this highly? It helps with stress, which we all need.

Tomorrow is a busy day, I didn't finish my reading for class so it's off to bed after my relaxation, and up early to get it done.

I haven't got it right for awhile (I was out of town, did great on step count but not eating).
Tomorrow is another day to get it right, and I will do that!
