Half way through May...

A couple days behind on the self challenge. I took a break over Mother's day weekend to just rest and relax. I was so lazy. My legs were sore from the challenge. I'll be back on it tomorrow. For body weight exercises it is really tough. I have noticed my ab muscles looking stronger though! That's a plus. And my arms are stronger. Now I just need to get my eating back under control!
