I’m off again. I’m still tracking and still blogging, but this yoyoing between good week and bad week has got to stop.
Is my wedding really not enough motivation to keep me in check? What do I need to do to not give in to hangry-me?
Well, not get hangry would be a good start. I need to be prepared. I was not prepared this week because I ran out of prepped food. I need to prep food before my current stock runs out. Not, I repeat NOT the day I run out. I do not do well with coming home and prepping a meal. I want to take it out of the fridge, warm it up, plate it and go.
So that’s what I need to do.
I hate cooking. Not sure how to overcome that problem.
