1. Talk to someone about your diet plan. Use I chose instead of cheated
I chose to eat some chicken nuggets for supper. I chose a trail mix over a popsicle.
2. Write 3 choices you made around food today.
I chose to have a healthy breakfast. I chose to have an apple and a glass of water on my way home from work. I chose to skip chips of any kind for supper.
3. If you made unwise choices write it down without being negative.
Yesterday I chose to get a flavor of the day pint at Culvers. It was not the best way to handle stress.
