A busy day in the yard ..

Mowed the lawn ..

Raked some leaves and threw them in the garden ..

Tilled the garden .. tilled in the leaves ..

Burned some brush ..

and my watch says I only walked for 9 minutes!









Then I sat down to relax ..

    love the fire pit! hubster is still trying to start the tiller... got a new spark plug yesterday, hope that does the trick... i cheated and bought an electric one,,, only bad part with that is it isn't heavy duty enough to till the tough garden area... out came the shovel.... whew, talk about a sore back!

    Great activity level and resting heart rate. I'm on a beta blocker for blood pressure so my heart rate is abnormally low. It's in the mid 50's. I'm considering a tracer but undecided. Don't want to spend a fortune for sure.

    Ugh! Fitness trackers sometimes are just a big old pain in the behind! Mine rarely tracks the 1.5 - 2 hours of housework I do. You're doing great though!

    On another note though, I can't believe your resting heart rate is so low! lol emoticon
