Meh to aha day 3

Hello spark family how is everyone doing today. Hope you're able to fulfill goals and dreams today. It's about 9 o'clock at night and I'm watching the preparations of the royal wedding on Saturday. I am so obsessed with this event even more that I will be in London the last leg of my trip in August. I am hitting my head that I didn't stay an extra day but there's always next year. Lol
I did great eating wise today I did add an extra protein around 6 o'clock but my food intake was really good today. I woke up early this morning and I did legs and I'm really sore but I will be ready for cardio flow tomorrow. And starting phase 2 Saturday.
I was able to do a pre-calculation and I think I am going to go on plan C again which is the original plan that I had when I did 80 day of session. So that means I will be eating more food yay. The Plan B was really hard and I was really starving and I'm getting accustomed to it adding a protein and a green and I look forward to the next early days but I look forward to the rest of the phases.
On Saturday I have to go out to dinner where they're going to serve rice and chicken but I think I'm going to order fish and veggies
