A spell in chokey

Short rations and hard labour. Well OK not exactly 'short rations' - I have no intention of starving myself. But for a few days I'm eating low carb and low [ish] fat. Focusing on protein. For lunch I had two 'dippy eggs' along with a bit of a baguette. Nice but tbh baguette isn't the easiest thing to dip in a soft boiled egg. It's what I had available though. Dinner - some canned tuna with salad. Home made so spiced up with some fresh chile's. I am SUCH a chilli freak!

As to the 'hard labour', I'm really going for it with regards sorting the house out. Whatever happens on Monday, I will need to sell this place so I may as well get it as ready as possible. Obviously selling will mean moving. Might as well make it easier by getting rid of as much 'stuff' as possible. I really don't want to cart it with me only to have to sort out once I land up in - well wherever I land up!

In addition, TizBod needs to just darn well move. And TizMind frankly needs to stfu for a while and let TizBod simply get on with it. Believe you me, TizMind can find a reason to do, or conversely not do, pretty much anything.

I really should set up a business called 'ExcusesRus'. Imagine, you 'phone me up and for a small sum, I give you the perfect reason to supply to your boss as to why you missed a deadline. Or for your MIL as to why you can't make her next soiree. Why can't you bake a squillion cakes for the next school fair? Ring 'ExcusesRus' and within minutes I'll give you the ultimate explanation.     Focusing on clearing the decks should be a double-win for you: more movement, less ingestion. Key will be keeping how 'free' you feel getting shut of the junk, in the forefront of the TizMind. Perhaps you will find you are 'free' to travel and in better shape for it! Good luck with your project.
