Struggling to stay afloat (or before I start)

I was looking at an old picture of me just a few hours ago. I was 2 years younger in it, but looked 15 years younger than I do now. The night shifts, insufficient sleep, bad eating and lack of exercise brought me over 20 kg and 15 years!

I don't like myself, I have no energy to do what I love, I am stuck in the same routine every day! This has to stop! I am feeling my life pass me by and this is so sad! I'm 31-years old and I feel like I'm 50.
